Lost in...

I haven't updated my journal in such a long time! Then again it figures! so much has been going on that i lost count! lol
It's been a very contradictive period for me. Though work has been going better and i have improved my statistics to keep my supervisor happy, i had a lot of other things going around.
First of all my grandmother-the only one i have left- was hospitalized for about two weeks. It was really stressfull because she is really old and everything can make her sick now! I wss so shocked to find it out because they were keeping it from me to not get me sad and everything.But i went to the hospital and visted her! It was kinda sweet because we kinda bonded she was alone at that time! But most of our family members went to visit so she didn't feel alone much! :)
Then one of my best friends broke up with her boyfriend after almost five years! It was a shock to me as well! They were planning to get engaged a couple of weekends ago but they broke up abut a month ago and she didn't tell us when it happened. She was too sad.
They were even starting to make their house, you know the furniture and stuff! God!And another friend broke up too! I mean where is the world going to?
They were so cute couples!
And i hear from friends about breakups all the time! Like it's a breakup period or something.
But at least we went out last weekend and had a blast! My friend -who broke up after 5 years- looked terrific,it was her b-day and we went oput and ate and danced! Sometimes i thought she was trying too hard but i was wrong. She looked genuinely happy!
